Once you are ISO certified, you have arrived at a state of continuous improvement, which may be supported by our Quality Watch programs: a choice ranging from problem solving techniques to 3D quality improvement programs. Contact us for more information.
Concepts on which our programs have been based:
Total Quality Management (TQM) is the organization's overall and integrated, non-bureaucratic culture, based on an operating philosophy of employee involvement and committed to meeting customer requirements and society expectations through continuous improvement of key business processes, as measured by a variety of analytic tools.
Enterprise Integration (EI) - based on a total quality concept - integrates the organizations intellectual capital to ensure a flexible and adaptive intellectual infrastructure using information technology. Direct benefits of such integration, include:
- Producing Higher Quality Goods
- Improving Product Support
- Shortening Product/Process Cycle Times
- Lowering Costs.
TRIZ - the Russian acronym for Teoriya Resheniya
Izobretatelskih Zadach which translates into Theory of
Inventive Problem Solving - offers a way to be inventive
without compromise.Originally developed by the Russian
scientist and inventor Genrich Altshuller out of his
determination to improve the inventive process, TRIZ is
founded on the idea that the problems engineers meet contain
key elements that have already been solved in different
fields or industries. TRIZ offers the answer to those
inventive problems for which engineering expertise is not
sufficient.
Around Altshuller's discovery a quite new view on
problemsolving evolved, not limited to product innovation,
but also applicable to process innovations and Total Quality
Management.
