Knowledge may be
- (re)used, e.g. in comparable situations
- enriched, by using it; since any situation will add new insights
Unused knowledge will age rapidly - vanished, e.g by employees on leaving the organization
- kept for yourself, being part of yourself
- shared, to be used by your fellows next to and after you.
